We collect the following information when you use ClarixPDF: • Email address and password (when you create an account) • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details) • Files you upload for conversion (temporarily processed and deleted within 1 hour) • Usage data such as tools used and conversion history • Device and browser information for security and analytics purposes
We use your information to: • Provide and improve our PDF conversion services • Process your subscription payments through Stripe • Send transactional emails (receipts, account confirmations) • Ensure the security and integrity of our platform • Comply with legal obligations We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Files you upload are processed temporarily on our secure servers and stored in Cloudflare R2 for a maximum of 2 hours. After 2 hours, all files are permanently and automatically deleted. No human ever accesses your files. All file transfers are encrypted using SSL/TLS encryption.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform. You can decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner when you first visit our site.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded files are deleted within 2 hours. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
